Our AirPad Warranty
Our Fall Protective Equipment Warranty
We believe so much in our fall protective equipment that we back it up with a two-year warranty! In contrast, most other inflatable fall protection manufacturers limit their warranty to one year. In addition, most foam landing systems aren’t covered by warranty at all, because foam blocks deteriorate and need regular replacement.
We Guarantee AirPad Fall Protective Equipment for Two Years
All AirPads are guaranteed for two years, with the exception of top sheets. Any product damage or defects that result from negligence, improper usage and/or improper setup is excluded from our warranty coverage.
Top sheets typically need to be replaced every 12-18 months. Replacement of top sheets is the responsibility of the owner.
Colors, artwork and design are subject to change without prior notice and aren’t considered defects.
Warranty repair work will be provided by i2k. We disclaim any responsibility for unauthorized modifications and/or repairs. All shipping costs to and from our facility for warranted items will be paid by the customer.
New blowers are warranted by their manufacturers. For troubleshooting and warranty information for blowers, please refer to the blower manufacturer manual.
