    Depending on the height of the fall, multiple individuals can fall simultaneously and be as close as 24″ apart without bouncing each other off the AirPad.

    AirPads reset instantly because an impact expels only a small amount of air through the ZeroShock Crumple Tubes underneath. Even before a person climbs off the AirPad, the system will successfully realign itself.

  • Every Spot Is a “Sweet Spot”

    A traditional airbag offers just one “sweet spot” that the body must hit in order for the fall protection to work effectively. Not only are i2k AirPads softer to land on than standard fall inflatables, but jumpers can also land anywhere on the bag—right up to the edge—without getting bounced or injured!

    We can manufacture i2k AirPads extremely small, both in footprint and height, because the ZeroShock fingers absorb even the heaviest of impacts regardless of their size. AirPads fit perfectly in small areas traditionally filled with foam, such as gymnastic clubs and trampoline parks.

  • Quick and Easy Setup

    In trampoline parks, gyms and stunt applications, AirPads inflate via electric or pneumatic Constant Air Movers (CAMs), proprietary to AirPads. In industrial fall protection settings, AirPads inflate via electric, gas, pneumatic or battery-powered inflation blowers or CAM systems. Just connect the air tubes and inflate.

How our Patented ZeroShock Impact Technology Works

Instead of feeling a rigid jolt as one’s body comes into contact with a surface, i2k wants people to experience a totally shock-free landing experience. ZeroShock technology was carefully developed to allow jumpers and athletes to push their boundaries more safely and comfortably than ever before.

Unlike other airbags, our ZeroShock technology releases air gently. Individual Crumple Tubes form around a person’s body to carefully cradle their impact. These Crumple Tubes are a series of cylindrical tubes that sit below the “floating” top surface sheet of the i2k AirPad. When a body hits and indents the top surface sheet, a small amount of air within the Crumple Tubes immediately expels into the base bag below, cushioning falls.
