i2K AIRPAD: PROFESSIONAL
STUNT PADS & STUNT
EQUIPMENT
Professional Stunt AirBag Equipment for Maximum Fall Safety
i2k AirPads allow stuntmen and stuntwomen to land on our airbags again and again, anywhere on the AirPad, without suffering injuries or strain.
Stunt workers can safely practice tricky stunts until they’re perfected without even getting the wind knocked out of them.
Thanks to our patented ZeroShock technology, each AirPad expels air slowly to cradle the body on impact for shock-free landings.
What Makes i2k AirPad Different
Each i2k AirPad is built with our patented ZeroShock technology, which expels air slowly to cradle the body on impact for shock-free landings.
Traditional inflatables have a “sweet spot,” which means that jumpers must land on a designated target in the middle of the bag to be protected. When practicing dangerous tricks, it opens the door for serious accidents and injuries to occur.
ZeroShock technology eliminates the problematic “sweet spot” by letting users land safely anywhere–right up to the very edge of the AirPad.
i2k AirPad vs Other Inflatable Fall Protection
Other inflatable fall protection devices, even soft-impact airbags, tend to propel people back up into the air after landing. This can also create problematic injuries depending on where and how they land the second time.
ZeroShock inflatable impact safety platforms can accommodate multiple landings with no tendency for people to bounce back off the AirPad. The AirPad cradles them gently and recoils immediately.
AirPads also recoil instantly so that the system resets itself in time for simultaneous shock-free landings.
i2k AirPad Compared to Traditional Stunt Mats
Stunt professionals use multiple fall protection equipment, including stunt mats or a stunt pit, possibly filled with foam blocks.
While these solutions work to a certain degree for trained stunt professionals, it’s not foolproof. For one, there’s a low limit to the kind of height that you can safely fall from with a stunt mat. However, with an i2k AirPad, you can go much, much higher.
This makes for more spectacular stunts, and sometimes, an i2k AirPad is really the only solution.
STUNT PROFESSIONALS AT WORK WITH I2K AIRPAD
Fully Custom Fall Protection made in California
We can make custom i2k AirPads to meet any crazy idea, ultra-specific design or industry regulation.
If you need a 6′ wide bag that snakes between objects and terrain, it’s no problem. If you need an AirPad that’s cleverly concealed in the minimal space between two buildings, we can do that too. The AirPad’s surface can also undulate to mimic any shape or profile–meaning that your fall protection system doesn’t even have to look like it’s a fall protection system. i2k AirPads are available in over a dozen colors as well as custom PMS colors, printed logos, branding and design.
Our location in Southern California means it’s easy to collaborate and coordinate with us. We’re happy to lend our expertise when it comes to designing the Stunt Airbag that best fits your unique needs. Since we do everything–from creative conception to manufacturing–right here in our California warehouse, we’re able to cut down on shipping and logistical delays in order to get you the AirPad you need ASAP.

Who's using AirPad?
How our Patented ZeroShock Impact Technology Works
Instead of feeling a rigid jolt as one’s body comes into contact with a surface, i2k wants people to experience a totally shock-free landing experience. ZeroShock technology was carefully developed to allow jumpers and athletes to push their boundaries more safely and comfortably than ever before.
Unlike other airbags, our ZeroShock technology releases air gently. Individual Crumple Tubes form around a person’s body to carefully cradle their impact. These Crumple Tubes are a series of cylindrical tubes that sit below the “floating” top surface sheet of the i2k AirPad. When a body hits and indents the top surface sheet, a small amount of air within the Crumple Tubes immediately expels into the base bag below, cushioning falls.

High-Quality Materials
All i2k AirPads are manufactured with the highest grade materials right here in California.
We use our proprietary Silicone-Coated Ballistic Nylon (SCBN) for our patented Crumple Tubes, as well as our primary top sheet, which ensures:
- You will never have delamination problems associated with vinyl
- You will never get a rip or tear in the top sheet
- It creates an antimicrobial and antiviral layer that simplifies sanitization
Other materials that go into your AirPads are:
- 210 bonded-nylon thread
- The finest hook & loop fabric for the base of the AirPad
